Domaine Adhémar et Francis Boudin, sometimes referred to as Domaine de Chantemerle, is one of the historic growers of Chablis. Today the domaine is overseen by Francis Boudin, aided by the next generation, his daughters Angélique and Virginie, as well as Angélique's husband. An excellent source of high quality, rich and round Chablis.
