Domaine Emmanuel Rouget is a highly regarded grower based in Flagey-Echézeaux. Emanuel trained under his uncle, Henri Jayer, a legendary producer in Burgundy and today produces wines from the Grand Cru Echézeaux and from Vosne-Romanée.
