Engelberg is a compact, limestone-dominated Grand Cru vineyard located near the village of Dahlenheim in northern Alsace. Its high active lime content and cool, windy exposure result in taut, finely structured Riesling with firm acidity, citrus zest, and a distinctly stony character. The wines from Engelberg are precise, quietly intense, and often require time in bottle to reveal their full complexity.
