Gloeckelberg is a lesser-known Grand Cru vineyard located between the villages of Rodern and Saint Hippolyte, at the foothills of the Vosges in northern Alsace. Its south-facing slopes and granite soils produce wines with freshness, bright acidity, and fine aromatic detail, particularly in Riesling and Gewurztraminer. The wines from Gloeckelberg tend to be precise and delicate, often showing floral and citrus notes with a mineral edge that reflects the high-altitude granite terroir.
