Ollwiller is one of the southernmost and least-known Grand Cru vineyards in Alsace, located near the village of Wuenheim on the lower slopes of the Vosges. With a warm, east-facing exposure and deep marl-limestone soils, it produces structured, full-bodied wines, particularly from Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer, that show ripe fruit, floral richness, and balanced acidity
