Raviole is a little-known MGA located in the commune of Grinzane Cavour, set on moderately sloping terrain with marl and clay-limestone soils. The site benefits from balanced exposures and a sheltered position, producing wines that are approachable yet structured, with red fruit, floral notes, and fine tannins. While rarely bottled as a single-vineyard Barolo, Raviole contributes elegance and harmony to blends, reflecting the softer, more accessible style often found in this part of the Barolo zone.
