Rivette is a small and lesser-known MGA in the commune of Novello, situated on gently rolling hills with marl-limestone soils and relatively cool exposures. The site tends to produce light, graceful wines with fresh red fruit, floral aromatics, and soft tannins, reflecting the elegant style typical of Novello. Rarely bottled on its own, Rivette contributes finesse and aromatic lift to blends, offering delicacy rather than power.
