Valentino is a little-known MGA in the commune of Novello, located on gently sloping terrain with marl-limestone soils and cooler exposures. The site tends to produce light to medium-bodied Barolo with fresh red fruit, floral notes, and soft tannins, offering an elegant and restrained expression. Rarely bottled as a single cru, Valentino is more commonly blended, contributing finesse and aromatic lift typical of Novello’s understated style.
